What do timelines look like to receive a plan or make changes?
If you are using a plan with no changes, we can typically get the full set of construction documents within a couple of business days. If you are requesting changes, we can typically make those changes within 1-2 weeks.
What is included in each plan?
When you request a plan, you will receive the full construction documents in a PDF format.
Can I modify the plans?
Yes. As a member of HomeBase, you can send us the redlines of how you would like to modify a plan and we can make those changes.
Are the plans fully engineered?
Our plans do not come fully engineered, but we can coordinate with an engineer to get them engineered.
How many plans can I use?
As a member, you have unlimited use and access to every plan.
